Organic growth can be defined as a living organism. The type of organisms can range anywhere from Algae (Green), Mildew (Black/Brown), Mold (Black/White), Moss (Green) or Lichen (Green, White). These types of build ups are generally removed in our base soft washing package using Sodium Hypochlorite at a low concentration to gently breakdown the molecular bond that these organic growths have on your home. Organic growth needs moisture to thrive. This is generally why the North side or most shaded side of a home is most green or build up with growth.

An acid wash can be carefully carried out to remove these stains restoring the look of your home. One other type of inorganic build up that causes a faded look or chalky residue on your siding is oxidation. Oxidation is a breakdown of material as the sun interacts with it. This leaves the top surface of your siding, metal roofs or metal siding with a failed top coat that will dull the appearance of your home and overtime cause further more permanent etching or complete paint failure if left unattended.

Our Window Cleaning service can be completed and broken down into different categories. The main category we service is Exterior Window Cleaning. Our Exterior Window Cleaning Service is completed using water fed poles and different head attachments to help restore your windows to a brilliant shine. We are able to achieve this using the Tucker Water-Fed Pole System. We found this with window washing to offer the best result for exterior window cleaning. The system and heads it has allows us to be flexible in a sense of how much scrubbing power we need. We can use a gentle nylon brush head or a walnut scrub pad. The walnut scrub pad is hard on dirt but gentle on windows. The walnut scrub pad can’t scratch your windows as it is less dense than glass. We also offer screen removal & replacement as well as screen cleaning!

Interior Window Cleaning – We can do glass only or a full service. A full service would be described as ledges, jambs or any part of the frame. Our goal when cleaning interior windows is opening the window to no bug carcasses, no mildew, no mold just a clean frame and a picture worthy view from your windows!

Equipment – Odds are if a “professional” shows up to your home with a Wal-Mart, Canadian Tire electric or gas pressure washer; they don’t know what they are doing. Simply put, these “professionals” are going to use pressure to every square inch of your home. Any company looking to use nothing but straight pressure to clean a home has a high chance of damaging or leaving your home looking uneven when cleaned. It’s very easy with old siding to disturb oxidation and leaving stripes behind.

Able to Explain the Processes – Our process is simple; unless we are completing a job involving hardscape (concrete, interlock brick, etc) pressure is the last thing we think of to complete a job. Sometimes we may need to use a soft brush to remove hardened lichen off of eaves but this is generally the only instance when pressure is applied. We have industry leading, commercial grade detergents that allow us to remove various types of stains & organic growth.
